I finally came around setting up Baby Johnny's bassinet today, and guess what happened. Shelby discovered a new bed! Surely my maternity pillow (aka "The Nest"), the LA-Z-Boy recliner, or any of her many kitty beds are not nearly enough to make Shelby feel comfortable, so she needed to try the baby bed too.
I lub you, you silly kitteh!
I let her nap in there for most of the afternoon only because I had covered the bassinet and didn't worry about cat hairs too much. Still, I don't want this to become a habit, so I filled it up with toys and baby clothes and stuff. And to console Shelby for the loss of such a soft sleeping spot, I took her for a "walk".
